IXPP Foam Material

IXPP form material (Ionizing Radiation Crosslinked Polypropylene Foam), i.e. Ionizing Radiation Crosslinked Polypropylene Foam, is a new type of environmentally friendly material with high-tech manufacturing process. Its main raw material is polypropylene resin (Polypropylene, referred to as PP), through a special formula to add the right amount of foaming agent and other additives, after precision mixing, extrusion molding, the use of ionizing radiation technology for cross-linking, and then by high-temperature continuous foaming process made. This special cross-linking process makes IXPP foam has excellent physical properties and chemical stability.
