Zip lock bag (Zipper bag, Ziploc bag, Reclosable bag) is a modern packaging solution that combines traditional bags with a convenient zip design. It is usually made of multi-layer film materials such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), nylon, aluminium foil, etc. through a lamination process, and is equipped with a reclosable zip seal at the bag opening. This design not only facilitates the filling and removal of contents, but also greatly enhances the sealing and freshness retention capability of the package. - Repeated opening: Users can easily open and reseal it for multiple use, which is both convenient and economical.
- Anti-theft performance: compared with ordinary plastic bags, the seal of stand-up zip bags is more difficult to be opened illegally, increasing the safety of products.
- Barrier performance: Multi-layer composite materials provide excellent oxygen and water vapour barrier, which is especially important for products that need to be protected from oxidation or kept dry.
- Durability: strong resistance to puncture and tear, can withstand a certain degree of external impact without easy to break, suitable for long-distance transport and storage.
- Temperature adaptability: some of the materials of the zip-lock bags can withstand high or low temperature environment, suitable for frozen food or products that require heat treatment.
