Back-seal pouch

Back-seal pouch, also known as stand-up pouch or upright pouch, is a commonly used form of plastic packaging characterised by a heat-sealing technique that creates a sealing line in the centre of the back of the pouch, allowing the contents of the package to be conveniently removed from the top opening without breaking the seal. This design not only ensures the sealing of the product, but also facilitates presentation and storage, and is particularly suitable for the packaging of solid, powder or small granular items in the FMCG market.

Features

  1. Excellent sealing performance: The backside heat sealing technology adopted by the back sealing bag ensures the sealing of the package, which can effectively prevent the penetration of air and moisture as well as the leakage of the contents, thus prolonging the shelf life of the product.
  2. Good display effect: Due to its upright design, the back-seal bag can stand steadily on the shelves, and the full-open design on the front side facilitates the printing of product information and attracts consumers' attention, which enhances the market competitiveness of the products.
  3. Convenient to use and carry: The top opening design makes it easy for consumers to open the package, and the lightweight material also makes the back-seal bag an easy to carry option.
  4. Cost-effectiveness: Compared with other complex packaging forms, the production cost of back-seal bags is low, and because of its space-saving properties, it can also effectively reduce costs in logistics and storage.
  5. Environmentally friendly options: With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, many back-seal bags are beginning to be produced from biodegradable or recycled materials in order to reduce the impact on the environment.
