Silicone-coated vegetable parchment, also often called silicone oil paper or anti-adhesive and high temperature resistant double-sided silicone-coated oven paper, is a high-quality paper processed through a special process. It is made from pure wood pulp and highly purified to form a base material of vegetable parchment, the surface of which is then evenly coated with a layer of food-grade silicone resin, thus giving the paper unique properties. This treatment not only enhances the paper's water-, oil- and stick-resistant properties, but also maintains its original high strength and transparency, making it ideal for baking, cooking and many industrial applications.

Features

  1. High Temperature Resistance: Silicone-coated vegetable parchment can withstand high temperatures and is typically used in ovens, microwaves and even cooking environments where there is direct contact with the heat source, without melting, burning or producing harmful substances.

  2. Anti-adhesion: The silicone coating on the surface ensures that food will not stick to the paper, making it easy to release baked goods and maintain their full appearance, while also simplifying the cleaning process.

  3. Water and Oil Resistant: The silicone layer provides an excellent water and oil resistant barrier, especially suitable for handling food containing oils and fats, effectively preventing penetration and keeping the paper dry and clean.

  4. Peelability and Breathability: It has good peelability and can be easily separated from food even after baking. At the same time, moderate air permeability helps the food to heat evenly and improve the cooking effect.

  5. Food Safety: The silicone resin used complies with food contact safety standards, ensuring that it will not contaminate food during the high temperature cooking process.

  6. Versatility: In addition to baking, silicone-coated vegetable parchment can also be used for wrapping, freezing, steaming food, and even in the fields of art creation and printing plate making.

Applications

  1. baking industry: as a baking tray mat when making cakes, biscuits, breads, to avoid food sticking, and keep the baking tray clean.

  2. Cooking and food preparation: Used as food wrapping material, such as grilled fish and meat, or used for steaming food, replacing the traditional steamer paper.

  3. Frozen food: Used for wrapping frozen food to prevent sticking to each other and for easy defrosting and separating.

  4. Arts and Crafts: Use its transparency and durability as tracing paper, protective paper or in model making.

  5. Industrial applications: Use its high strength, transparency and durability in areas such as printing and plate making, engineering drawing, and archival preservation.
