Insulation labels are a special labeling material with excellent electrical insulation properties, mainly used for electrical equipment, electronic components and other scenarios that require insulation protection. These materials can effectively prevent current leakage in high voltage, high temperature or humid environments, ensuring the safe operation and long-term stability of equipment.
Insulation labels are usually composed of three parts: substrate, adhesive and surface coating:
- base material: such as polyester (PET), polyimide (PI), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), etc. These materials have excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance and mechanical strength.
- Adhesives: Special adhesives that are resistant to high temperatures and chemicals are used to ensure that the labels are firmly adhered in various environments.
- Surface Coating: Increase abrasion resistance, stain resistance and printability for easy and clear presentation of labeling information.
Insulated labels are characterized by:
- high electrical insulation: the core feature of insulated labels is their excellent electrical insulation ability, which can effectively block the flow of current and prevent leakage, short circuit and other safety hazards.
- high-temperature resistance: many insulated labels can remain stable in high-temperature environments, such as polyimide materials can be used for long periods of time in environments of more than 200 ℃, suitable for high-temperature circuit boards and motor parts of the labeling.
- chemical resistance: insulated labels have high resistance to acids, alkalis, oils and other chemicals, suitable for use in harsh industrial environments.
- High mechanical strength: the material has good tensile and tear resistance, and can maintain integrity under complex working conditions.
- Strong environmental adaptability: waterproof, moisture-proof, UV-proof, etc., able to be used in extreme weather conditions or humid environments for a long time.
- Easy processing and printing: the surface coating design makes the material easy to print bar codes, 2D codes or other identification information, while supporting laser printing, thermal transfer printing and other printing methods.
