Tracing paper

Tracing paper is a special type of paper for professional use, also known as sulphuric acid paper or diazo drawing paper, so named because of its early use in reproducing engineering drawings often in contact with sulphuric acid. The paper is made from high-quality cellulose fibers that have been specially processed to exhibit semi-transparent properties, allowing the user to make design reproductions or original drawings by precisely tracing patterns or lines on the underlying paper.

Features

1. Translucency: The tracing paper is made translucent by finely grinding the fibers and removing the air from them, allowing light to partially penetrate the paper, making it easy to trace or copy graphics against the original.
2. Abrasion and water resistance: Due to the uniqueness of the production process, tracing paper has good abrasion resistance and is not easy to be worn or torn, and at the same time it has a certain degree of water resistance, which makes it not easy to be affected by the spreading of ink or moisture in the process of use.
